An adorable little store! Laurenn and Marlow were so helpful and very sweet. Will definitely be back in the future.
So many amazing things! I think I wanted to buy everything the second I walked in the store. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious, the latte I had was well made and full of flavour, and it was and overall great experience.
This wonderful little shop continues to amaze and please me. I spotted something I wanted to purchase in the giftware section, ( which is wonderful ), but 4 of them. The store owner graciously called the company and ordered in the extra items for me. My husband and I have stopped by minutes before the shop was opening and they were apologetic that they could only offer coffee and not the usual selection of coffee concoctions until after officially opening. Always pleasant service and the gift department is always a fun surprise of items I didn't know I "needed"!!
My wife and I moved to Lunenburg back in November and I have to say only went in twice, once a minute ago and I have to say both times the service was horrible. The older bald man with glasses is possitivly RUDE, for no reason what so ever... All our experiences in town have been amazing and heartwarming, except for these two attempts of giving this man our money. The only reason I didn't give them a 1, is that I like supporting Laughing Whale when I can - as their coffee is pretty good. It's just unfortunate I will not be going back in to this shop.
I was just in Lunenberg for the day, I stopped by for a quick lunch and coffee. The service was great, quick and friendly. My sausage on a bun had fresh sauteed peppers and onions that were great not overcooked to mush... the decaf coffee was hot and fresh. The carrot cake was nice and moist with just enough icing on it.I definitely will go back on my next trip to Lunenberg!!!
The iced coffee didn't taste great, but it was nice that they use frozen coffee as ice cubes. The iced tea was delicious. The baristas were not friendly at all.
Shop on the Corner is our favourite coffee and gift shop in town. Great atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff and a wonderful gift selection.
The best rhubarb coffee cakes ever!
Good coffee, own coffee homemade pastries
Great coffee and treats! Great staff here.
My favourite shop in Lunenburg!
Lovely little shop and lovely tea, coffee and cakes. My only concern was the air conditioning unit was very strong and positioned right by the tables where we were sitting. This made it difficult to hear conversations.
The best coffee I had in Nova Scotia: I took some back to Guysborough County and when it was gone I thought up a road trip with a friend to get to the South Shore for more. I wish I could get it in the States!
